Additional Comments:
My first real guitar was the 74' Les Paul, listed above. I purchased it with the money I'd earned from delivering papers...and alot of help from my folks. I love the Les Paul, but over time I've come to rely more and more on the sound and feel of a 67' Tele I bought at Gruhn Guitars, in Nashville. I would have to say that this guitar, plugged into the Silver Jubilee Marshall makes up the core of my overall guitar sound.
I have, however begun to experiment with adding different amplifiers and effect pedals, both in live and studio situations. My fave studio amp is the Matchless. Wonderful tones not to mention the fact that it's GREEN!
The Digital Music Corp. switching system has enabled unlimited possibilities when it comes to programming any combination of amplifiers and effects.
